Just Enough Space

 

The project scope was very small, but the end result added so much to the existing home.  A little extra room for some larger furniture with a powder room.

 

In the end the existing dining room aloud enough space for a larger space for entertaining, space for a larger dining table and  a room to just enjoy a cup of tea while looking out to the yard. A small pergola completes the addition by casting shadows through the new bathroom windows bringing the outdoors inside
