Connecticut Restaurant

The owners wanted to bring New York restaurant elegance to the quiet corner of Connecticut.  Traveling to New York to explore restaurants and various dining experiences spurred the idea something was missing from Thompson, the owners discovered this open piece of property they felt would provide the perfect setting for a modern yet contextual restaurant design to fill a void in the local dining culture.

This restaurant was completed with the idea of total design from outside in  Custom designed heavy timber trusses frame the dining room, while lowered ceilings framed the bar and intimate areas.  With the back drop of the rolling field and tree lined property the screened in porch provides additional seating and a connection to the site.
