Longford House

The call came on the weekend after one of the last nights of freezing temperatures, 'A pipe burst at the beach house, there is water everywhere! '  A nightmare of sorts, with a happy ending for the home owners.  Their summer get away, past down through a handful of generations would be getting a bit of an upgrade due to the extent of the damage.

The extent of the damage required the interior be demolished to the framing.  This was an opportunity for the homeowners to make adjustments to the interior wall layout as well as updating the finishes and cabinetry. By establishing a balanced pallet of color and material selections  allow this family treasure to carry on for generations to come.  The neutral color tones bring natural light deeper into the home, while keeping the focus on the views to the ocean.
