Leased Identity

 

The owners of One Custom House in Providence requested the third floor of the building be renovated into a modern office suite. The concept was to create an identity to a potential business with a focus on modern lines and finishes. This was the first space to be developed in the building as the common spaces and exterior were renovated for future use.

 

The concept was to create an iconic image for the future tenants visitors to be greeted with upon entry to the suite, while still allowing for the business to have some flexibility with the furnishing and decor.   With the use of a neutral pallet of colors and materials and unique lighting and textures the space was greeted with an interested tenant almost immediately upon completion.
