Central Falls Loft

A young bachelor / up and coming developer tasked the office with creating a cost effective renovation package which would be used through out the buildings other units while appealing to his individual tastes and style

The top floor unit  contains 2 bedrooms , 2 bath  with an open floor plan for the living and dining.  The old mill floors were finished with a high gloss black finish, while the exposed structure and plumbing above and trim work finished with a matte black finish.   The walls painted a neutral white to offer a stark contrast to the surfaces above and below.  Exposed conduit and coiled heating ducts maintain the feeling of living in an industrial setting while tile and stone found in the kitchen and bath offer a higher level of refinement. For minimal cost our client was able to achieve a striking aesthetic to attract future buyers and increase the value of the property.
