Advenir @ Mission Ranch

 

Advenir Real Estate Management is a Miami-based full service real estate company with a primary focus on multi-family apartment communities.  Lacuna Design is fortunate to be have been selected as the interior designer on several projects throughout Texas and Colorado.

 

The Mission Ranch project was unique to the previous Advenir projects as it showcase two model units.  This challenged the office to come up with two unique themes for each model as well as working within a similar remodeling budget for a single model.

 

Each model unit was able to stand on it own aesthetic, but also share some common elements allowing the property manager the flexibility to mode various pieces of furniture or art from unit to unit to keep the spaces feeling new and interesting for the potential tenants.
