Advenir @ Lowry

Advenir Real Estate Management is a Miami-based full service real estate company with a primary focus on multi-family apartment communities.  Lacuna Design is fortunate to be have been selected as the interior designer on several projects throughout Texas and Colorado.  The Lowry project goal was to bring a connection to the new management team and the over all improvements to the property.  Utilizing the corporate color through out the design brings a visual cue to the existing residence as well as future occupants.

The design intent was to update the interiors with new paint colors, decorative lighting, and new furniture.  We choose the color red as an accent for the clubhouse and accessory spaces because of the connection with the Current logo.  Lacuna Design has designed a custom reception desk that will be made of reclaimed wood and back lit resin panels.  The furniture selection is a combination of eclectic and modern pieces.  We want the spaces to be inviting and appeal to a variety of ages.
