Advenir @ Frankford Springs

 

Advenir Real Estate Management is a Miami-based full service real estate company with a primary focus on multi-family apartment communities.  Lacuna Design is fortunate to be selected as the interior designer on several projects in Texas and Colorado.

 

This property consisted of a revamp for the Clubhouse and the Model Unit.  The goal for the Clubhouse was to appropriately modernize the space and select pieces to compliment the scale of the rooms.  Lacuna Design suggested filling the walls with large prints and bold colors, bringing a sense of home to the users.

 

We designed the model unit so that it related to the clubhouse, yet appeared comfortable to future tenants.  We wanted prospective renters to be able to picture themselves in the space.   We achieved this by providing texture and color, keeping the eye moving around the space.
